5th - 8th Grade Spring Music Program on Monday, April 24th
Our 5th - 8th grade Spring Music Program will be performed on Monday, April 24th at 7:00 p.m. in our K-6 multi-purpose room.
We hope you will come and enjoy the music as our steel drum band, concert bands, and concert choirs share their musical talents with us!
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for this program.
K - 4 Spring Music Program on Thursday, April 27th
Our K-4 Spring Music Program will be presented on Thursday, April 27 in the K-6 multi-purpose room.
There will be a matinee performance at 2:00 p.m.
The evening encore performance will be at 7:00 p.m.
Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. for the encore performance
We hope you can join us to watch "Idaho Bob" as he travels through time!
Junior High Track Meet @ Abilene on Thursday, April 27th
Our junior high track teams will travel to Abilene on Thursday, April 27th to participate in a 6 team track meet. Teams participating will be: Abilene, Little River, Remington, Sedgwick, Solomon, Wakefield.
The track meet begins at 4:00 p.m. The team bus will depart for Abilene at 1:30 p.m.
The order of events will be:
4:00 Field Events
4:15 3200 M Run (girls and boys 8th grade only)
1600 M Run (7th grade only)
200 M Hurdles (30” girls, 30” boys)
5:30 100 M low hurdles (33”)
100 M dash
1600 M run (8th grade only)
4x100 M relay
400 M dash
4x200 M relay
800 M run
200 M dash
Medley relay (100-100-200-400)
The order for all running events will be 7 girls, 8 girls, 7 boys 8 boys.
8th Grade Scholars Bowl Team Win League Championship!
Congratulations to our 8th grade scholars bowl team for winning the Heart of America League Scholar's Bowl Tournament. They compiled a record of 8 wins and 1 loss, which earned them 1st place in the tournament. Congratulations to all of our 7th and 8th grade team members, and coach Davison, for a terrific season!

PLEASE NOTE - SCHOOLS MAY ONLY ACCEPT THE NEWEST REVISED PHYSICAL FORMS - 1/15 - FOR OUR UPCOMING SCHOOL YEAR. WE HAVE THE CURRENT FORM, WHICH WILL BE SENT TO STUDENTS. WE NEED TO ENCOURAGE OUR PARENTS/STUDENTS TO USE OUR FORM, AS HEALTH CARE PROVIDERS MAY NOT USE THE KSHSAA FORM.
